The Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office issued a shelter in place order Sunday morning as CHP looked for two people who fled from their car after getting involved in a crash on the 101 near the Santa Maria Way exit. According to KSBY, The incident happened early Sunday morning and lasted a couple of hours The suspects evaded police. The CHP is continuing their investigation.
