Lawyer Experienced In Death Penalty Cases To Defend Accused Murderer

A San Luis Obispo lawyer with experience representing clients facing the death penalty will be working with The San Luis Obispo County Public Defender’s Office to defend the man accused of murdering Paso Robles Resident Nancy Woodrum. William McLennan, who worked on the high profile cases of Rex Krebs and Dystiny Myers’ killer Ty Hill, will help defend Carlo Alberto Fuentes Flores. Fuentes Flores allegedly confessed to the killing and led investigators to the victim’s body. Yesterday he pleaded not guilty to one charge of premeditated murder. He’s due back in court on Monday.
