Santa Maria Bonita School District took another step toward the construction of a new elementary school. District officials chose a company out of Santa Clarita that they have worked with in the past. AMG & Associates offered to build the district’s new school for 40.7 million dollars. District officials anticipate the final cost to reach 51 million dollars by the time the school opens its doors in August of next year.
