Atascadero Police say a hit and run accident led to a pursuit. that led to the arrest of a 24-year-old suspect. The hit and run crash happened in the area of Viejo Camino yesterday evening. Witnesses told police the suspect was seen near Curbrail and El Camino Real. Officers spotted the suspect a short time later and tried to pull him over. The driver sped up and leading officers up and down El Camino Real before bailing on foot on Bocina Lane. Officers eventually caught up with 24-year-old Rafael Aguilar Anguiano. He is now facing numerous charges.
