A Santa Maria man has been found guilty of violating a domestic violence restraining order. 40-year-old Brian McNabb was sentenced to three years probation with additional terms and conditions related to domestic violence and mental health. He was originally booked on a battery case that has not yet made it to court. According to KEYT, McNabb is the younger brother of David McNabb, the prime suspect in a triple murder that happened in Orcutt in December.
