Three proposed housing projects in San Luis Obispo are going to add nearly 900 units for renters and buyers. The biggest of the developments will re-develop the Atoll Business Park on Laurel Lane and include studio, one and two bedroom units geared toward working families and young professionals. Residents who live near the project fear increased traffic could be problematic. An environmental impact report still needs to be done before the project can begin.
