The man Lompoc police believe was involved in a Valentine’s Day shooting incident has turned himself in. 46-year-old Deshawn Lee Johnson surrendered to authorities with his attorney by his side. A search of his home turned up a large number of allegedly stolen items. The shooting happened at the Conserv Gas station on East Ocean Avenue on February 14th. His alleged victim survived the incident. Johnson could be facing an attempted murder charge.
