The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors says a proposed cannabis farm near Templeton can move forward. The 77-acre farm was initially approved in September, but appeals by some neighbors brought the project to a halt. At yesterday’s County Board of Supervisors meeting, the applicant brought a revised proposal and the board voted to allow it to move forward. Still, some neighbors worry the farm will bring crime, odors, and harm to the local environment. The property owner says they’ll be growing medicinal research cannabis entirely indoors.
