Drivers who use Highway 1 between Cayucos and Harmony should expect some minor delays. Caltrans crews are starting a repaving project this morning. They will be resurfacing the highway and reconstructing ramps and shoulders. There will be alternating lane closures between 13th street in Cayucos and Harmony Valley Road. The construction is expected to last through November.
