Complaints about possible human Trafficking in Atascadero has led to the arrest of a Monterey Park woman and deeper investigations of three massage parlors. Atascadero Police say 39-year-old Qin Guifang was taken into custody on suspicion of an outstanding warrant and of prostitution. Investigations of three massage parlors on El Camino Real include allegations that the businesses were offering sexual acts for money. According to a Department press release the investigations revealed indicators of human trafficking, which could not yet be confirmed.
