A popular Pismo Beach pet store has announced that it will no longer be selling puppies. Animal Kingdom announced they had two puppies left and when they were gone, they would no longer carry puppies. According to KSBY, a Facebook post by Animal Kingdom claims its supply of puppies has been up and down. It also cites AB 485, a California law that went into effect in January, prohibits pet stores from selling dogs, cats, and rabbits from breeders.
