An Arroyo Grande man accused of causing a deadly head-on crash in Nipomo last month is facing felony charges. CHP investigators say 28-year-old Aleksandr Moiseyev was intoxicated at the time of the crash in Nipomo that killed 57-year-old Jose Soto Gonzalez. He’s now facing felony charges of driving under the influence and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. He’s due to be arraigned later this morning.
