Morro Bay City officials have green-lighted two cannabis businesses to move forward in the city licensing process. Natural Healing Center and Perfect Union are the two businesses that are in the process of being licensed. Officials say they still have to complete background checks on the prospective employees at the businesses before issuing permits.
