A 2.6 earthquake rattled part of San Luis Obispo County yesterday evening. According to the U. S. Geological Survey, the earthquake occurred about 10 kilometers northeast of Cayucos at about 6:29 p.m… it was followed by two smaller aftershocks a short time later. A few people reported some light shaking but no damage or injuries were reported.
