A Yuba City man involved in a deadly accident at the Oceano Dunes will be facing a charge of manslaughter when he returns to court tomorrow. State Parks and San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s investigators originally reported in June, that Oscar Corchado was under the influence when the crash happened. 37-year-old Shawn Imlig of Brentwood would die from his injuries. The D.A.’s office has filed a single misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence against Corchado. If convicted, he could spend up to a year in county jail and a 1,000 dollar fine.
