The case of the Riverside man accused of using the Dark Web in a murder for hire plot is now in the hands of the jury. In closing statements, prosecutors said 33-year-old Beau Brigham was “calculated” in taking steps to have his stepmother killed. Brigham’s defense attorney questioned the credibility of the prosecution’s star witness, calling him a “profound criminal”.
