An Arroyo Grande man involved in a deadly DUI-related last month was in court yesterday. 28-year-old Aleksandr Moiseyev was facing felony charges related to a head-on crash the took the life of 57-year-old Jose Soto Gonzalez on July 8th. Moiseyev entered into a plea agreement and plead no contest to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. The felony DUI charges were dropped. He’ll spend the next four years in state prison.
