As the NTSB continues its investigation into last weekends deadly boat fire. We’re hearing from the owner of the dive boat engulfed by flames near Santa Cruz Island, early Monday. Glen Fritzler, of the company Truth Aquatics, says the surviving crew members tried in vain to save the 34 sleeping passengers below deck.
