The results of a survey conducted by a consulting company hired by Cal Poly were released yesterday. According to the Tribune, a summary of findings and analysis of the Cal Poly Experience research project pointed out that racism, sexism, homophobia, ageism and, elitism are part of Cal Poly’s campus climate. The Center for Strategic Diversity Leadership and Social Innovation was hired by Cal Poly to help improve campus diversity, inclusion and equity.
