The former Paso Robles school district food services director came last week and was charged with violating conflict-of-interest laws. According to a press release from the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office, Gregg Wangard allegedly made contracts for services with Kelle & Co. Consulting, a company owned by his wife. On Friday, the D.A.’s Office filed five misdemeanor conflict-of-interest charges against Wangard. He’s due in court for arraignment November 18th.
