A portion of the playground at Sinsheimer Park in San Luis Obispo will be closed for the next few weeks, thanks to the work of vandals. City officials say the slides at the park were vandalized and repairs will take three to four weeks. It’s not the first time the recently installed play area has been struck by vandals. Back in October, a large piece of artificial turf was stolen. That cost 10,000 dollars to repair. Anyone who sees suspicious activity in the area should contact the San Luis Obispo Police Department.
