The San Luis Obispo Police department held a talk last night on the use of force. It came following a controversial dog shooting incident and a high-profile home search. The discussion also covered body cameras and public rights related to officer interactions. Last night’s talk was part of an ongoing series of events called P.E.A.C.E. Talks.
