A San Luis Obispo jury has convicted a Santa Maria man of committing a lewd act on a Grover Beach child eight years ago. According to the D.A.’s Office, crimes occurred between January 2011 and December 2012, when the victim was 11-years-old. The crimes were not reported to the Grover Beach Police Department until March of 2018. 29-year-old Jay Estoque is due to be sentenced next month.
