Experts say we should have a fair wildflower bloom this year but, don’t expect anything more than that. That’s due to California being on the cusp of a drought. Below-average rainfall this year will yield fewer flowers. According to recent U.S. Drought Monitor data, About 56% of the state is currently experiencing abnormally dry or moderate drought conditions.
