You may have recently noticed the 2020 census mailer in your mailbox. Individuals may answer questions online, over the phone, or by mail, all without having to meet in-person with a census taker. County Administrative Officer Wade Horton says it’s important to the community to take the census. Federal funding for a number of county projects and services depend on the numbers gathered from the census. All households that have not responded online or by phone will receive a paper questionnaire between April 8 and April 16.
