Lompoc Police have arrested four people believed to be involved in a deadly shooting earlier this week. One adult, 32-years-old Emanuel Cruz, a 16-year-old and, two 15-year-olds were taken into custody yesterday. Authorities say the four were involved in the shooting death of Francisco Garcia Monday night. According to KSBY, investigators do not believe the victim knew the suspects.
