Attorneys for a Black Lives Matter Matter organizer were in court yesterday to lay out their defense. Tianna Arata’s defense team presented a 17-page motion asking the judge to dismiss the case, claiming the 20-year-old’s arrest, and prosecution was unconstitutional and violated her 1st Amendment rights. Arata has been charged with 13 misdemeanors related to the July 21st protest.
