San Luis Obispo County has lifted an order that restricted visitors at skilled nursing facilities. It comes as a relief for people with loved ones in these care centers. Health officials say skilled nursing facilities should continue to follow state guidance by allowing only one visitor to be present with a patient at a time. County Health Officer Dr. Penny Borenstein asked the public not to visit if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or suspect that you have the virus or have been exposed to it recently.
