Santa Barbara County Health officials announced the death of another person who tested positive for COVID-19. The Santa Ynez Valley resident was over the age of 70 with underlying health conditions. They also added 34 new cases of COVID-19. meanwhile, San Luis Obispo County added 17 new COVID-19 cases to its total bringing it to 3,629.
