Protesters held a rally outside of the Whole Foods store in San Luis Obispo over the weekend. Saturday’s protest was part of a nationwide rally protesting working conditions for Amazon employees. Amazon Workers in Bessemer, Alabama are trying to unionize. Employees accuse the company of harsh working conditions and refusing to adopt measures that protect workers from Covid-19. Amazon officials claim the company already offers what the unions are requesting.
