An Arroyo Grande man found guilty of two felony counts of arson is headed to prison for a long time. 35-year-old Jesse Hubble was convicted in October of arson of an inhabited structure and arson of personal property. Charges that stem from a house fire in November of last year. Yesterday the Judge in the case sentenced him to 24 years and eight months in prison. According to the D.A.'s Office, prior theft and burglary convictions led to the stiff sentence.
