Owner of Manse On Marsh Pleads Not Guilty To Charges

August 24th, 2017

The owner of the Manse on Marsh was in court yesterday, facing manslaughter and elder abuse charges. 54-year-old Christopher Skiff pleaded not guilty to the charges and argued for a reduction in bail and declined the judge's request to surrender his passport until he took a planned international vacation. The judge denied his request for bail reduction. Co-defendant Gary Potts also pleaded not guilty to the charges. His bail had been already reduced.
