Atascadero Police say a traffic stop led to the arrest of a wanted Texas parolee. Police say the arrest happened last Friday evening when officers stopped 55-year-old Larry Conway on a vehicle violation. Conway gave officers a false name. A subsequent search of his vehicle turned up more than 8,000 dollars in cash, more than an ounce of meth and a loaded, stolen firearm. His passenger, 64-year-old Nancy Brown-Wolf was also taken into custody. The pair is now facing numerous drug and weapons charges.
