Four More Cases Of COVID-19 In SLO County Total Now At 99

San Luis Obispo County Health officials have added 4 more cases of confirmed COVID-19, raising the total to 99. They believe that current data may not be showing the true impact of COVID-19 on the county. Adding that the slow rise in the number of cases may be due, in part, to a lack of testing. County Public Health Officer Dr. Penny Borenstein is encouraging residents who show even mild symptoms to get tested. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Mild symptoms also include chills, fatigue, sore throat, runny nose, and diarrhea.
