Former San Luis Obispo County supervisor Shirley Bianchi has passed away. Those who knew her said she was passionate about her work as a supervisor for district two. Adding that she was an inspiration, who was leaving behind an incredible legacy. Shirley Bianchi passed away on Friday. She is survived by her husband and four children. Shirley was 91.
