San Luis Obispo County D.A. Dan Dow held a press conference yesterday and officially charged Paul Flores and his father Ruben Flores in the death of Kristin Smart. Paul is facing a single count of first-degree murder and his father has been charged with accessory to murder after the fact. Both are due in court this morning for arraignment.
