Santa Maria Police have arrested a man they believe is connected to a deadly Memorial Day weekend shooting. Authorities say officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Boone and Curryer streets. When they arrived, they found 38-year-old Rafael Santos Toribio suffering from a gunshot wound, he would later die from his injuries. Evidence led investigators to Fernando Cervantes Camarillo, who was arrested at his home. Bail is set at 2 million dollars.
