An ongoing public corruption investigation in San Luis Obispo County has landed the founder of a local cannabis retailer in hot water. According to the Department of Justice, 35-year-old Helios Dayspring, now the former CEO of Natural Healing Centers, has been charged with bribery and failing to report millions of dollars in income to the IRS.
