The preliminary hearing for Paul and Ruben Flores was unexpectedly delayed Friday. It is set to resume this morning. The hearing that began on August 2nd, could last through this week and include testimony from “Your Own Backyard” podcast creator Chris Lambert. Lambert has objected to a defense subpoena requiring him to turn over his notes on the Kristin Smart case. Paul Flores is the prime suspect in Kristin’s disappearance and alleged death.
