San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties have been moved into the extreme drought category. We’re not alone. All 58 California counties are in severe to extreme drought conditions with no real end in sight. Communities up and down the state have begun to implement water saving measures and are asking residents to cut back on outdoor watering of plants and landscaping. Officials predict the drought will only deepen when the summer months arrive.
