An unidentified woman and killed Saturday evening on Highway 101 in Nipomo. CHP investigators say she was attempting to cross the northbound lanes when she was hit by a Toyota Prius. The Prius was traveling at about 70 miles an hour when the accident occurred. The investigation is ongoing.
