The San Luis Obispo man who was convicted of making online threats last year against a women’s group was back in court yesterday. 46-year-old Daniel Phares facing a felony charge related to a probation violation. He had been ordered by the court to give up possession his AR-15 as part of his plea deal. Phares has been in custody since December 20th on suspicion of being in possession of ammunition, a violation of his parole. He’s due back in court later this month.
