January is Fine Amnesty Month throughout the San Luis Obispo County library system. In an effort to encourage library use, officials will be waiving all overdue fees, no matter how overdue an item is. Adding that their goal is to connect the community to knowledge, culture, and creativity while getting some of their materials back.
