The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s office has filed charges against the Heritage Ranch man accused of stabbing his pregnant girlfriend to death. 31-year-old Daniel Raul Rodriguez Johnson has been charged with seven counts including two counts of murder related to the death of Carrington Broussard and their unborn child. The D.A.’s office could seek either life without the possibility of parole or the death penalty. Johnson is due to be arraigned later this morning.
