The man convicted last month of sexually assaulting a woman in Atascadero Lake Park two-years-ago was back in court yesterday. Prosecutors say, in June of 2017 40-year-old David E. Ardebili enticed a severely intoxicated woman into his vehicle. he then drove her up to Atascadero Lake Park, assaulted her, then left her at the Kmart parking lot. He was sentenced to the maximum, 4-years and 180 days in prison. The former North County chef will be back in court for a restitution hearing in September.
