Santa Maria Police arrested a Santa Maria man yesterday on suspicion of robbing a market at knife-point. Officers were called out to report of a robbery at around 5:30 p.m… When they arrived at the E. Boone Street scene the suspect had already fled. The victim told police the suspect walked into the store, took various items, and left without paying. When 33-year-old Daniel Sarabia was confronted, he threatened the victim with a knife. Police caught up with Sarabia a few blocks from the scene of the robbery. His bail has been set at 100,000 dollars.
