San Luis Obispo Police say they have seen an uptick in prowler reports. Officials say, last month the department received several reports of people peering into windows. More reports came in just last week. While officers continue to look for the person, or persons responsible, you’re reminded to keep your curtains and blinds closed at night and to call 911 if you see or hear anything suspicious outside your home or windows.
