Santa Barbara County has reported 81 new cases of COVID-19 over three days, between Saturday and Monday. Twelve people are hospitalized, including three in the ICU. San Luis Obispo County also added 64 new cases of the virus for the same time period. Two people are hospitalized. Another 182 people are recovering at home.
