Grover Beach Police say they have seen a drop in overall crime in the past year. A recent FBI report showed a 54 percent reduction in violent crime. According to KSBY, Grover Beach City and Police officials agree that the addition of police officers, social media, and community involvement have helped with the overall drop in crime.
