A broken water main caused road closure and traffic delays through downtown San Luis Obispo yesterday afternoon. Utility officials say they found a pinhole leak on top of a four-inch line at the intersection of Johnson Avenue and Mill Street. That particular cast iron line was originally laid sometime in the 1930s.
